Video Fontainebleau - Chasseur de prises

For me this could be a standard for 7a, nice, technical, good holds, but it stays just hard enough, should be on everyone's list who comes to Fontainebleau.

Video Fontainebleau - Le Chaînon Manquant (avec l'arête)

Third weekend in a row i didn't get in the forest, the withdrawal symptoms are starting to kick in. No time to climb or train, i think i'm gonna need some "getting back in shape weekends" to be sure i can pull some hard stuff in autumn.
Maybe i'll find an 8th grade boulder like this one, it's all about balance and movement, not about strenght. If they were all like this i'm sure i could climb hard till i'm 60, but unfortunately it isn't so. It's probably a 7b i can repeat as much as i want to, the movement is just right for me, it feels natural. Top class boulderproblem, one of many in Rocher Canon.

Video Fontainebleau - La Mare droite

It has become a real classic power-boulder in Fontainebleau, not to try on your own if you don't want to loose a big peace of skin. I've seen some nasty falls with the tree in your back, even not without risk for the spotters on the ground. Once i had my hand between the tree and the back of my climbing partner when he fell down, instant pain and blood ensured.

Video Fontainebleau - Ordalie

It was Nico's project for the day, but it didn't turn out the way he thought it would. Suddenly the batteries were empty and he had to wait till a few weeks ago to finish it off. I just repeated the boulder for the video, and it felt so easy (that moment). For me things went great that day, do you know the feeling when every climb feels like a walk in the park?
